I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@acretrace.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account, go to Settings > Billing, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We also honor our 14-day money-back guarantee - just email support@acretrace.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
The map isn't loading. What should I do?

First, try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, try a different browser or contact us with details about your browser and device.
My acreage calculations seem wrong. Why?

Make sure you're completing the polygon properly by double-clicking the last point. If the polygon looks correct but the number seems off, remember we calculate using geodesic measurements which account for Earth's curvature. For verification, you can use Google Earth's measurement tool to compare. If you still see a discrepancy, email us the address and we'll investigate.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro mid-year?

Yes. Contact support@acretrace.com and we'll calculate a prorated upgrade price based on your remaining subscription time. The upgrade is immediate once processed.
How do I add my company logo to quotes?

This feature is available on Pro and Elite plans. Go to Settings > Company Profile > Upload Logo. We accept PNG, JPG, or SVG files. For best results, use a transparent PNG with your logo at least 400px wide.
My PDF isn't downloading. Help?

Check your browser's download settings and make sure pop-ups aren't blocked for AcreTrace. Try a different browser if the issue persists. If you're on mobile, make sure you have enough storage space. Still having trouble? Email us and we can send the PDF directly to your email.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If AcreTrace doesn't save you time within your first two weeks, email support@acretrace.com and we'll issue a full refund immediately, no questions asked.
How do I access my saved quotes?

Saved quotes are a Pro and Elite feature. Click "My Quotes" in the main navigation. You can search by customer name, address, or date. To duplicate a quote, click the three dots next to any saved quote and select "Duplicate."
I have a feature suggestion. Where do I send it?
